1. Scope
This policy applies to every product sold by RWP Laboratories ("RWP Laboratories", "we", "us"). By placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to it. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. For research use only
All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research and analytical purposes, such as in-vitro experiments, analytical testing and method development. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, they have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory authority, and they are not for human consumption.
Any use outside a laboratory research setting is prohibited, as is reselling or relabeling products for any other use.
3. Research accounts and purchaser representations
Pricing and ordering are available only to approved research accounts. Every applicant completes a research declaration, and accounts are reviewed on an ongoing basis. We record the declaration with the date, time and IP address of the application, and we may suspend or close any account at any time.
By ordering, you represent that:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and have the training, facilities and authorization to handle research chemicals safely.
- You will comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession, storage, use and disposal of the products in your jurisdiction.
- You accept full responsibility for the handling and use of the products after delivery.
4. Information on this site
Product pages list chemical identity, specifications, storage conditions and batch documentation only. Nothing on this site is a claim about any product beyond those specifications. We do not provide usage instructions or protocols, and our team will not answer questions of that kind.
5. Order screening, refusal and cancellation
We review orders before they ship. We may refuse or cancel any order, close any account, and decline future business if we reasonably believe products are intended for anything other than laboratory research. We may ask for institutional details or other information to confirm research use before shipping.
6. No syringes or needles, no usage guidance
RWP Laboratories does not sell or supply syringes or needles, and none are included with any order. We sell sealed vials of research compounds and a research-only diluting liquid, described by composition only. We do not publish preparation or usage instructions.
7. Marketing, partners and resale
Partners, affiliates and resellers must present products as research materials only, using the technical information published on this site. They may not add claims of any kind about what a product does, post testimonials or results content, link to supplies from other sellers, or relabel products. Violations end the relationship.
8. Safe handling
Research chemicals should be handled only by qualified individuals using appropriate personal protective equipment, in accordance with good laboratory practice and applicable safety data. Dispose of materials according to local regulations.
9. Reporting misuse
If you see our products marketed for anything other than laboratory research, tell us through our contact form. We investigate every report.
