1. Processing time
We always do our best to ship every order the day it is placed or the next business day. Orders confirmed and paid before 1 PM Pacific (4 PM Eastern) on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays usually ship the next business day.
When we receive a surplus of orders, processing can be pushed back by a day or more. Orders are packed in the order they were received, and yours will ship as soon as possible. Processing times are a goal, not a guarantee.
Every order is tracked, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as the shipping label is created.
2. Rates
Shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders of $200 or less ship for a flat $19.99. Rates are shown at checkout.
3. Carriers and transit
We ship from Elk Grove, California with USPS Priority and UPS 2nd Day Air. Typical transit is 1 to 3 business days within the contiguous United States. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. State guides: shipping to California and shipping to Florida.
4. Packaging
Vials ship sealed and individually protected. Lyophilized peptides ship dry at ambient temperature and are stable through normal transit times. Store products as printed on the label on arrival.
5. Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to destinations where the products are prohibited. Buyers are responsible for knowing local regulations.
6. Lost, delayed or damaged shipments
If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a package arrives damaged, send our contact form your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier and replace eligible orders.
7. Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
