1. Information we collect
- Order and contact information you provide: name, email, phone, shipping address, organization and order notes.
- Communications you send us through the forms on this site.
- Research account information: your application details (name, email, phone, date of birth, address, organization and, for institutions, EIN and website), your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), and a record of the research declaration you confirmed, including its date, time, IP address and browser.
- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through server logs and, only if you consent, analytics cookies.
We do not collect payment card numbers on this site.
2. Data stored in your browser
Your cart contents, your age confirmation and recently viewed products are stored in your own browser using local storage so the site works between visits. This data is not sent to us until you submit an order or form.

4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example shipping carriers, email and form services), when required by law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use only the storage needed for the site to function unless you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. If you accept, we may use Google Analytics to measure traffic and Microsoft Clarity to produce heatmaps and session replays that show how pages are used; form fields are masked so what you type is not recorded. When you sign in to a research account we set two essential cookies: a secure session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days, and a cookie that remembers your account status so pages load correctly. Signing out removes both. You can change your analytics choice by clearing site data in your browser.
6. Retention and security
We keep order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes and use reasonable safeguards to protect them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of certain processing. Send a request through our contact form.
8. Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
