1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase from RWP Laboratories. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Research Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter into contracts, and purchasing as, or on behalf of, a qualified researcher or research organization. Products are sold only for lawful laboratory research purposes as described in the Research Use Policy. We may request information to verify eligibility and may refuse orders that we cannot verify.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, descriptions and availability at any time without notice. An order is accepted only when we confirm it by email. We may limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders, including after confirmation, for reasons such as suspected misuse, pricing errors or stock issues. If we cancel a paid order we will refund the amount paid.
4. Research accounts
Pricing and ordering require an approved research account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your application and for keeping your password confidential. We may approve, decline, suspend or close any account at our discretion, including where we believe products are intended for anything other than laboratory research.
5. Payment
Payment instructions are provided with your order confirmation or invoice. Orders ship after payment is received and cleared.
6. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate. Specifications listed on product pages are reference values; the certificate of analysis for a specific lot is the authoritative record for that lot. Product images are illustrative.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Products are warranted to conform to the specifications on their lot certificate of analysis at the time of shipment. Except for that warranty, products and site content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from use of products in violation of the Research Use Policy.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RWP Laboratories and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use, handling or misuse of products or your breach of these terms.
10. Intellectual property
Site content, including text, graphics, logos and product renders, belongs to RWP Laboratories or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after the update date.
